Digital personalised products
Ummah Tales offers digital, AI-generated personalised storybooks. Because each product is created individually for you, refunds may not be available once generation or download has started, except where required by law.
Technical issues
If something goes wrong technically—for example a failed generation, corrupted file, or charge without delivery—please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a regeneration, credit, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Case-by-case review
We understand that family purchases matter. Refund requests may be considered fairly and individually. Please include your order or account email, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
Physical products
Ummah Tales currently provides digital personalised storybooks. If we offer physical printed products, checkout will show fulfilment, delivery, and returns terms specific to that purchase.
